Privacy

ZIKVI (zikvi.com) is operated by Data Governance Ltd. This page says what we use to make and support a phone case, and how to reach us about your details. Write to [email protected]. Never send a card number by email.

What we receive

• Messages you send: your name, email, phone number, and whatever you include about an order, a refund, or a question.
• What an order needs: the delivery address, the phone model, the case type, and the artwork you send so the case can be printed and posted.
• Your design: while you design, the photo stays in your browser. When you add a case to your cart, the photo, the print file and a preview image are uploaded to our storage, so the case can be made. We keep them to make, ship and support your order.
• Payment: Stripe processes the payment and collects your delivery address, email and phone number. We receive the address and contact details to deliver your case; card details stay with Stripe.

Analytics

If you choose Allow in the analytics banner, the site uses Google Analytics to count visits: which pages are opened, how far people get in the designer, and whether a case is added to the cart or ordered. Google sets cookies for this and receives your IP address, browser and device type, and the pages you view. Your photos, text and delivery details are not sent. If you choose No thanks, Google Analytics is not loaded. You can change your choice at any time with Cookie settings, also in the footer.

The site does not load advertising tags, and it does not run a mailing list. Writing about an order does not sign you up for marketing.

Why we use it

• To print the case and send it.
• To answer a question or look at a refund.
• To keep the records tax and legal claims require.

We do not sell personal information. We pass details only to the providers who host the site, carry email, take payment, print the case, or deliver the parcel, and, if you allow it, Google Analytics, and only for that work. Card details stay with the payment provider.

Your photo

A photo is used to show the preview, print that case, and deal with a problem on that order. Sending it does not transfer ownership to us. We do not publish your personal photos in advertising unless you agree to that separately.

How long

Order records stay for as long as production, support, tax, or a legal claim needs them. You can ask us to delete a design. We delete it once the order no longer needs the file.

Your requests

Where privacy law gives you a right to see, correct, delete, or object to the use of your details, email us. We may ask you to show that the order is yours before we change anything.
