Phone cases with a name
A name, a date, a little meaning.
Your initials, a nickname only your friends use, or a date you want to remember. A few well-placed words can make a favorite photo feel even more personal, and a name on a plain colored case is a clean design on its own.
Choosing the words
Short works best: a name, initials, or a date. A long sentence has to be set small to fit, and small letters are hard to read on the back of a phone. The designer has a few text styles, from a bold poster letter to a handwritten script.
Making the text readable
Try light lettering over a dark background, or dark lettering over a pale area. Keep the text away from the camera opening and the edges, where the case curves. Without a photo, choose a background color for the whole case and place the name where you like.
